This valley is home for us. We know which streets get the best light at golden hour, where to send guests for the quietest brunch, and how to talk an air conditioning unit back to life when the temperature hits 115. After twelve-plus years and seventeen homes on our list, hosting in Greater Palm Springs has stopped feeling like work and started feeling like an ongoing conversation with the desert and the people who come to stay in it.

Great house for a family getaway. Clean pool, clean rooms and restrooms. The kitchen was stocked with extra trash bags, plenty of plates and utensils. Overall a great experience. The host was also very responsive to questions we had. Would definitely come again.
My family and I had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, clean, organized, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook, and the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The backyard was perfect for our family, and we loved the pool, built in grill, and pool table. Jimmy was a fantastic host from the start, making us feel comfortable before we even arrived. He was attentive, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back!
Our stay at Chimayo Villa was absolutely wonderful! The backyard was the true highlight. The private pool and spa have beautiful mountain views that made every evening feel like a retreat. We stayed as a family of 6 and the home's spacious layout, ensuite bathrooms and stylish design gave everyone their own space to relax while still having plenty of room to gather together. It's clear a lot of thought went into the decor, it’s bright, fun, and felt like a true desert getaway. We’ve stayed at Desert Princess before and this was our favorite in the community. We loved every minute and would happily stay again!
This home was absolutely stunning! It was extremely clean and well stocked with extra linens and towels. My group and I had a wonderful time and we would definitely stay here again.
Desert Moon was the perfect place to celebrate my 30th. There is so much to do and plenty of room for fun activities. My friends and I enjoyed almost all the amenities like the sauna, karaoke, the pickleball court, and more. My dog came as well and although it was very hot, she was able to relax inside where it was cool. Would definitely come back and recommend!
Great stay! It was the perfect space for large groups and families. It is so spacious with a great pool and lots of amenities. Each room is thoughtfully decorated and loved all the board games. It’s also located close to many good restaurants and the main strip of Palm Springs. The host was always very responsive to any questions we have which is so helpful. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
Our stay was truly wonderful! From the very beginning Jimmy was very helpful, understanding and made sure everything went smoothly. It was clear that he truly cares about his guests and want them to have the best experience possible. The home was clean, super comfortable, and exactly as described. We left feeling grateful for the excellent hospitality and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to Jimmy and his team !

Hosts were responsive and able to address any issue's we've had. The home was just as clean as the photos. We used the bbq, pool, showers, jacuzzi, bath, and thoroughly enjoyed the living space. The blankets and comforters were super comfy and soft. The AC was really refreshing on a 120 degree day after the pool but don't catch a cold. Dining room seats were nice but didn't support smaller non cushy bottoms so bring some cushion or sit on a towel. The backyard deployable umbrella was a huge save during the hot summer sun. I would 100% come back here.
