Guests have access the the entire house and all yards. The only part of the house locked off is one pantry for owner's storage.

DISCLOSURES: The property has one security camera on the front of the garage to monitor the driveway and street of the property for your security and ours. It is not meant to invade your privacy, and the camera does not pick up any footage from the pool area, front yard, inside or back of house.

Other Details to Note

*IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: While we do everything we can in our power to prevent bugs on the property and in the pool, our home is in a natural desert habitat and is subject to bugs that are not always avoidable. For example, in the Fall of 2017, the entire Coachella Valley had an issue with boatman bugs in the pool and our home was a victim of this as well. They are small, non-biting, gnat-type bugs that can be found in the pool. We have a pool cleaner thoroughly clean our pool 2x a week and maintain appropriate chemical levels to avoid them. We also have a monthly pest control company that maintains our entire property. However, we cannot be held responsible for natural causes and we do everything in our power to maintain the pool to the upmost degree, but there is still a chance that small bugs may be present.
