◦ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT If you're interested adding these options please message Host in advance. They can be added for an additional fee of $75 each IF AVAILABLE. ◦ PHOTOSHOOTS If you're interested in having a photoshoot please let us know. There are additional fees and considerations. POOL HEATING - Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day (includes spa heat). There is a 2 day heating minimum due to energy and gas cost to heat large body of water. - Spa heat only is $35/day with a 2 day minimum. PETS -We welcome up to 2 pets during your stay for an additional $85 per pet. This fee helps cover the extra cleaning required due to pet fur and dander, ensuring a comfortable space for all guests.
