From the backyard you can see breathtaking views of the the stunning mountain ridges ouitlined by with Palm Tree's, enjoy the cozy conversation seating area with firepit overlooking the pool. Inside, the home is thoughtfully designed with vibrant colors and ample space, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends. The single story layout features four bedrooms and two full bathrooms and one half bath. The fully stocked kitchen invites culinary creativity, making it easy to whip up delicious dinners together and has an ideal layout with oversized kitch island at the center piece. ◦ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT If you're interested adding these options please message Host in advance. They can be added for an additional fee of $95 each IF AVAILABLE. POOL HEATING - Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day. There is a 2 day heating minimum due to energy and gas cost to heat large body of water. - Spa heat included at no additional cost. PETS -We welcome up to 2 pets during your stay for an additional $85 per pet. This fee helps cover the extra cleaning required due to pet fur and dander, ensuring a comfortable space for all guests.
