Welcome to Ms. Parker! The 5 bedrooms accommodate up to 12 guests with three of the bedrooms featuring ensuite bathrooms for added privacy and comfort. Chef's Kitchen & Dining: Just off the kitchen, the dining area offers a spacious table with seating for 10 — perfect for shared meals and conversation. Step outside to the patio, where you’ll find additional seating for 8 al fresco dining under the Palm Springs sunshine. Our chef's kitchen is fully equipped with kitchen necessities. The following items accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons, blenders, serving platters, pots/pans, knives, strainer, Tupperware, cutting boards and more. We also provide a variety spice rack, salt and pepper. House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods and laundry pods Other Items: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max overnight occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with premium Malin Goetz shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There is also a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation upon request. Please reach out for the cost and availability. WILL I NEED TO MEET SOMEONE TO GET ACCESS? Ms Parker is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home for your entire stay. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please inquire ahead if interested and if available we'll schedule and coordinate. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee of $100/night(3 night minimum). Please message us at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation. Request will be sent via Airbnb resolution center for the even amount. DO YOU ALLOW PETS? We allow up to two pets for a fee of $85/pet. This cost goes directly to the cleaning team to ensure the property/linens have been thoroughly cleaned of all dander. Please add to your guest count and the fee will add otherwise an airbnb resolution request will be required to be accepted prior to arrival.
