This is 4BD, 2BA home is ready for your group! Your group will enjoy the open layout of a spacious living room w/ gas fireplace and large Smart TV above. Also available is a dedicated desk with a monitor, this space is perfect for those needing to WFH. Our dining room table has seating for 8 and a bar cart nearby to mix cocktails/mocktails for your group. There is additional kitchen bar seating with 3 stools and a round mid century tulip breakfast table that seats 4. All seating overlooks the beautiful backyard pool. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools and appliances you will need to prepare meals. Lastly, Head out back to the spacious and private backyard where you'll find your sparkling pool and hot tub. There are lounge chairs and two seperate seating areas with outdoor couches and fire pit(propane)or the outdoor table with string lighting that seats 8. Our gas BBQ is located on the side of the house. Our garage fits 2 vehicles and up to 4 in the driveway. This is a great home whether you're hosting a family outing, bachelorette party, or just a get-together with some close friends.

◦ EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT If you're interested adding these options please message Host in advance. They can be added for an additional fee of $95 each IF AVAILABLE.. POOL HEATING - Optional pool heating is recommended from October to April for an additional fee of $75 per day (includes spa heat). There is a 2 day heating minimum due to energy and gas cost to heat large body of water. - Spa heat only is $35/day with a 2 day minimum. PETS -We welcome pets at our home for an additional $85 fee. Up to 2 pets max. This fee helps cover the extra cleaning required due to pet fur and dander, ensuring a comfortable space for all guests.
