One exit from Acruise Arena. Five minutes away from Indian Wells tennis Garden. Fifteen minutes away from Empire Polo/ CoachellaFest/ Stagecoach entrance.

Other Details to Note
-Pool and Spa have a heater and can be heated for an additional daily fee of $100 a day, 2 days heating minimum. . Please inquire if you would like to add with at least 24hrs notice. -Pets are allowed but must be disclosed and a pet fee will be charged per pet. Airbnb charges for the first but second or third will be charged through an airbnb resolutions request. 3 pet maximum. - There are 4 total bedrooms with 4 beds, 1 queen air mattress is provided with sheets in pillows to accommodate 10 total overnight guests -House is on Septic so please be very cautious when using restrooms. Please only flush toilet paper -Our Casita(Bedroom 4) and Pool restroom (Bathroom 3) are located outside the main house - A Pool fence guard can be set up prior to arrival to arrival for additional fee. Covers 80% of pool with the exception of the spa area. Please inquire in advance at least 48 hour notice required to install.
